美國是目前世界上唯一一個由政府法律要求試管嬰兒（IVF）醫院向美國衛生與公眾服務部下屬的疾病控制與預防中心（CDC）報告每一位患者、每一個治療週期直至嬰兒出生的所有相關資訊的國家。

美國輔助生殖科技學會（SART）和美國生殖醫學學會（ASRM）制定的試管嬰兒行業標準，是世界上同行業中最嚴格、最完善的自律準則。一旦施術過程中出現問題或產生糾紛，在美國都有相關的醫療標準可供援引，並有成文的法律依據可循。

●They are then provided with Surrogate profiles for review and a questionnaire."

●If the Intended Parents decide to move forward, they receive a retainer agreement.
在准父母選定一位合適的代母之後，應簽署仲介協議。
●Payment shall not be made until you are successfully matched with a surrogate.

●Upon the Intended Parents' selection of a Surrogate, a formal match meeting will be scheduled.
在准父母選定一位代母後，我們將為准父母與該代母安排一次會晤。
●Surrogate candidates undergo comprehensive screening.
所有代孕者均須接受下列審查

Moving Forward With The Surrogate
與代母進一步的合作

●The Intended Parents and Surrogate mutually agree to proceed with the surrogacy arrangement.
准父母和代母達成共識，同意推進代孕事宜。
●Upon receipt of the executed retainer agreement and copies of their passports, the first invoice is issued to the Intended Parents.
准父母須回傳已簽署的仲介協議，連同雙方的護照影本。隨後，我們將向准父母開立首筆款項的發票。
●A medical match sheet is completed and forwarded to the IVF Center for the Surrogate's medical screening."
我們將醫療轉介文件發送至試管嬰兒中心，由該中心安排代母進行體格檢查。
●Upon the Surrogate's successful completion of medical screening, a legal referral is issued for the drafting of the Gestational Surrogacy Agreement.
一旦代母通過體格檢查，我們隨即會發出法律轉介文件予律師，以便起草《妊娠代孕協議》。

Gestational Surrogacy Agreement Drafting
代孕合同草议

●The terms of the Gestational Surrogacy Agreement are first discussed with the Intended Parents. Based on their input, the initial draft is then issued to the Surrogate's legal counsel.
《代孕協議》的條款將先與准父母進行討論。隨後，律師會根據准父母的反饋意見，擬定首份協議草案，並轉交予代母的法律顧問審閱。
●The Surrogate, in consultation with her legal counsel, reviews the draft Gestational Surrogacy Agreement, proposes amendments, and returns the revised document to the Intended Parents' attorneys.
代母的律師將與代母共同審閱《妊娠代孕協議》的草案條款，提出修訂建議，並將修訂後的協議文件發送給准父母的律師。
●This iterative process continues until the parties achieve mutual consensus and the agreement is fully executed.
此協商過程將持續進行，直至雙方達成一致共識，並正式簽署協議。
